This has become my favorite new milk, partially because it is so rich and creamy, and partially because it is the easiest one I have ever made. The cashews and the hemp seeds disappear into the milk and require no straining. That means no milking your “nutbag”. Just blend and pour.
Cashews, as you know if you have read my posts, are awesome. These wonder nuts support your heart, brain, bone and nerve health. They are also good for skin elasticity as well as hair and nail strength. The best part is that they are a natural anti-depressant. In short, they make you feel good and look good.
Hemp seeds are regarded as a “superfood” for a good reason. Not only are they a complete protein, but they also have a rich concentration good fats, vitamins, minerals and enzymes. These amazing seeds have the ability to help you recover from injury, lower cholesterol and reduce inflammation. Not bad for a little seed.
